Rapid7 Global Kickoff
A completely custom amphitheater with tiered seating brought 1,600 employees from around the world together to kick off 2020 for this publicly-traded technology company. Catalyst conceived, designed and produced a highly-tailored music-based show featuring our own onstage house band, pre-produced media, speakers, and panels, as well as large-scale workshops that placed attendees into a human-scale board game. Client-measured learning showed upticks in performance, morale, and alignment on 2020 goals.
